The state treasurer was in an unmarked cruiser stopped in traffic around 4 p.m. when a pickup truck failed to react in time, colliding with another vehicle that struck the car, said California Highway Patrol Sgt. Les Bishop. The vehicles only had minor damage and everyone refused treatment at the scene, Bishop said. A spokesman for Angelides said the candidate was unhurt. Yellowknife musician facing beastiality charge
