Activist Wants Stand Your Ground Ruled Unconstitutional

Hutchins adds laws like Stand Your Ground provoke racial profiling,“young black men like myself get the short end of the stick, that’s number one secondly we believe it creates a separate and unequal protection of the law because courts have held that race can be used to determine what is and what is not reasonable fear.”Georgia’s version of the Stand Your Ground law was passed in 2006.
