It means that if there is an interest from people outside EU to participate, probably they should pay all the costs on their own (travel, accommodation, course…) Pocketcenter_img By elainy says: Tweet I contacted Network Migration in Europe and the answer is that due to regulations and restrictions they can only take participants from EU member states. The European Forum looks for participants who are at ease with intense, constant group activities and interaction.The participation in the educational training seminar requires:1.
